What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), identity verification documents, transaction and ledger records, device and session metadata, and support correspondence.
Why we collect it
To operate your wallet, verify identity, process deposits and payouts, calculate rewards, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Third parties
Payment providers process deposits and payouts, and our cloud backend stores application data. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.
Retention
Transaction and ledger records are retained for the period required by financial record-keeping obligations. Verification documents are retained while your account is active and for the required period afterwards.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Contact privacy@finwallet.app.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in and session integrity, and product analytics events to understand which screens are used and where errors occur.
Security
Access to identity data is role-restricted and privileged actions are recorded in an audit log. See the security page for the full control list.
